Sussex beer mile

It had to be done a beer mile but with a STE slant, a trail beer mile on a grass track !!!!!!

Following traditional beer mile rules, 1 Beer one Lap x 4

Must be a 400 metre track

A 335 ml bottle or can

Must be 5% alc or above.

Team Event.

Not up for 4 beers or 4 Laps run as a team 1 lap/beer per runner.

A cup for the Best Team who will be crowned the Beer Kings of Sussex.
