Beat The Virtual Tide

So July is usually Beat the tide Month and as we are unable to hold it this year we are Doing a virtual version.

Concept is easy run a 10k along the beach, river, canal or even a puddle we are not that strict.

Date: 16th to 31st July

Start: Whenever is good for you

Timing: Send us your times and we will post them up on the results page.

Medal: A beat the tide Medal posted to All finishers

Aid Station: Completely Up to you !!!!

Location: Up to you but we would love to see a water theme.
